This headquarter will have special constructive elements; it will look like a hospital with the purpose to recreate the training in a healthcare environment. This building will provide inviting spaces to interaction between scientists such as multiple use room for special events with a 300 person capacity auditorium, fully equipped with simultaneous translation, digital keyboards to the participants to interact with the speakers during the questions and answers sessions.

Also, the speaker will be able to identify the questioner to personalize the interaction and future communications. This auditorium also will have the capability to connect virtually with remote attendance with video conferences, from an OR, Lab or any other area designed to conduct the conferences.
